The modem 3G / navigator WIFI: the future of the 3G?

During the exit of the netbook, EeePC first 4G, the mobility in displacement passed by Wifi (and possibly the key 3G SFR for those who had bought it in the frame offer with fixed rate 3G SFR). For the others whom had other keys 3G as popular Icon 225 distibuée by Orange, they had the right in galley of installation of package 3G under Linux. Then netbooks under Windows arrived who resolved this problem at the same time since all keys were supported by Windows. But once it works, they are happy but they find fast that it becomes restrictive of credit the key USB 3G has connect, wait that it is admitted by Windows to be able finally to be connected. He stayed therefore has hope for netbooks these arrive with the integrated 3G but arrived in count-drop (in France: PhoneHouse 10160 then Advent 4213 then Asus EeePC 901GO to SFR then SAMSUNG NC10 3G to SFR and Bouygues then Asus 1008HA GO to SFR then Asus 1005PE GO to Orange and finally Samsung N150 3G to SFR). Except first 2 models, all were simlockés on the operator. Besides, during that they pay a fixed rate 3G, this one is usable only on the single peripheral at the same time (at least without complex manipulation).

Since already more d ’on 1 year, the modem 3G / navigator Wifi makes  its appearance discreetly .
