On Saturday 15/11 in Blagnac: Ubuntu Party and EEE PC [direct MAJ!]
Here is the presentation of Ubuntu Party organised tomorrow in Blagnac by the association Toulousaine Toulibre:
On the occasion of the exit of the new version 8.10 of the distribution GNU / Linux Ubuntu, named "Intrepid Ibex", Toulibre and the Ubuntu-fr association organise one afternoon of discovery and assistant to the installation of GNU / LINUX, with conferences, demonstrations and instal-party. The persons eager to instal a distribution GNU / Linux on their computer can come with.
The event, opened to all, free and free, will take place on Saturday, November 15th from 14 h till 18 h in Odyssud, Blagnac. The details of access are available on the site of Odyssud.
I contacted the organizer and me asked him question: “I wanted to know if you wanted to recall version for netbook and to instal it on my EEE PC 4G?”
He answered me:
It is not envisaged through conferences anyway. Afterwards, in the foyer, the space reception / instal-party will be advantageous for informal exchanges and for demonstrations, on any type of apparatus.
There will be people probably on the spot who will be attracted by an installation on EEE PC. We have owners of EEE PC among the members of Toulibre, among whom some people will be present on the spot.
Therefore, I will come with my EEE PC 4G and it will therefore be possible to discuss it at least with other owners of Eee PC, even to attract an installation If it also attracts you, you will be the welcome!!!
